S.C. CONTROLS, INC. employees volunteer their time, efforts and funds to support many community organizations.  We enjoy giving back to the community . . . .especially when it benefits kids!
Kiwanians are volunteers changing the world through service to children and communities. Kiwanis members help shelter the homeless, feed the hungry, mentor the disadvantaged, and care for the sick. They develop youth as leaders, build playgrounds, raise funds for pediatric research, and much more. No problem is too big or too small. Why? Because working together, members achieve what one person cannot accomplish alone. When you give a child a chance to learn, experience, dream, and succeed, great things happen!
"KIWANIS . . . is a global organization of volunteers dedicated to changing the world, one child and one community at a time . . . ."

S.C. CONTROLS supports the efforts of the local KIWANIS club and is a member of the Escondido-Hidden Valley Kiwanis club in Escondido, CA.

The Cal-Nev-Ha Children's Fund was established in 1965 in response to the devastating floods in the Northern California town of Klamath. Looking for a way to give back, Kiwanians from across the Cal-Nev-Ha District pooled their funds to rebuild the town.

Since 1965, the Cal-Nev-Ha Children's Fund has been meeting the needs of children within our three-state district. In 2019, we changed our name from the Kiwanis Cal-Nev-Ha Foundation to the Cal-Nev-Ha Children's Fund to better reflect our commitment to children.

Much has changed since we were founded; however, one thing has remained constant: our mission to build a better future for children.
